What We Offer:

  • Immersive, instructor-led classes taught by our pioneer head chef, Judith, a Nigerian culinary expert with 7+ years of experience
  • Learn to prepare signature African dishes like Jollof Rice, Egusi Soup, Puff Puff, Suya, Moi Moi, and more
  • Insights into spice blends, traditional techniques, and plating styles

📅 CLASS SCHEDULE & FORMATS

Beginner Series (2 hrs) – $35
Intro to popular African dishes & ingredients

Advanced Techniques (3 hrs) – $55
Focus on complex dishes, sauce building, and plating

Kids & Family Class (1.5 hrs) – $25 per child / $15 per accompanying adult
Fun, family-friendly dishes like Puff Puff & Plantains

Private Group Events
Corporate team building, birthdays, bridal showers – Pricing varies

Class Times:

  • Wednesdays: 6–8 PM
  • Saturdays: 11 AM–1 PM & 3–5 PM
  • Private bookings: Flexible scheduling available

All classes are conducted under our approved commercial kitchen license in compliance with BC food safety regulations. Our staff are certified in food handling and trained to maintain a safe, sanitary, and enjoyable cooking experience.
